This policy explains what information Rithavo collects when you use our website or services (currently the Rithavo Career Application Diagnostic), and what we do — and don't do — with it.
When you request an Application Diagnostic, you submit your information through our intake form: your name and email address, your resume, your target role, the job description you're targeting (or a description of it), and any optional context you choose to share (what isn't working, your LinkedIn URL, or your experience level). We do not collect this information passively — nothing is gathered until you submit the intake form yourself.
The information and documents you submit are used only to prepare your Rithavo Application Diagnostic and to communicate with you about your order. We don't share, sell, or reuse your resume or personal information for any other purpose, and we don't use it to train external systems.
Our intake form is built and hosted on Tally, a third-party form provider — your submission, including your resume file, is processed and stored through Tally's platform before we retrieve it. We keep a private internal record of your submission (name, contact details, order details, and status) in Google Sheets, accessible only to Rithavo. To prepare your Application Diagnostic, your resume and target job description are processed using Anthropic's Claude API (an AI language model service) to assist with analysis; the resulting analysis and report are then reviewed by a person before anything is sent to you — nothing is delivered without human review. Anthropic's commercial API terms state that data submitted through the API is not used to train their models by default. Your generated diagnostic report and its underlying analysis are stored securely in Google Drive, accessible only to Rithavo, and are not shared publicly or with any other party. None of Tally, Google Sheets, Google Drive, or Anthropic's API is used by us for advertising or marketing purposes — they're used strictly as intake, analysis, and record-keeping infrastructure. Each of these providers' own handling of data is governed by their respective privacy policies.
During this early stage, payment is handled manually by UPI transfer, with instructions provided directly to you after you submit the intake form. We do not collect card numbers, bank credentials, or UPI PINs through our website or forms — payment happens directly in your own banking app, outside of anything Rithavo or our form provider operates.
Before you can submit the intake form, you're asked to explicitly confirm that you consent to Rithavo processing the information and documents you've provided for the purpose of preparing your diagnostic. Submission is not possible without this confirmation.
We retain your resume and intake information only as long as needed to deliver and support your order. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@rithavo.com, and we'll confirm once it's removed from both our records and, where applicable, from Tally.
Your resume and information are accessed only as needed to prepare and quality-check your diagnostic. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
This website does not currently use advertising cookies, analytics, or third-party tracking scripts. If that changes as the site grows, this policy will be updated accordingly before any such tool goes live.
